Fairly recently I received a personal hair consultation from Frederic Fekkai himself! Ulta was doing a little promotion on State Street, so I popped by on my lunch break. I definitely learned a thing or two and wanted to share the love. Keep in mind, this is for my thin, fine, feathered hair, so not all of these would apply to you with luscious locks!

- Alternate shampoos every single day…yes, every single day.
- Wait until your hair is 80% dry before applying volumizing mousse and products.
- To create body and volume, blow dry your hair upside down.
- Invest in some large, hot rollers.
I have been practicing the top three suggestions (still deciding what rollers to get) and people have actually noticed! Do you have any tricks or regiments you swear by? Any roller suggestions? One of my New Year’s Resolutions is to work on my hair. I would love to hear your tips!
