Fork to Fashion: Lost Lake | Vol. 8

Lost Lake Chicago

Need a vacation?

Lost Lake is it folks. Paul McGee, the cocktail mastermind behind Three Dots and a Dash and RPM Steak, recently went out on his own in Logan Square’s new Tiki Lounge. I hear the cocktails are to die for, which explains the long wait night after night. And don’t be fooled by these colorful libations – they pack a mean punch. And with this past snowstorm, I feel like we could all go for a little stay-cation.

For you snow birds flying south for the winter, I cannot get over Tory Burch’s pineapple prints. For those of us staying in the Windy City,  J.Crew’s new spring line consists of bold and beautiful florals that can easily be worn now and well into Spring. These parrot earrings by Elizabeth Cole have been on my wish list FOREVER. My girlfriend, Ashley, wore them in Mexico and stole the show (who I should add was pregnant at the time!). They will play up your LBD like nobody’s business. I also found a more economical version on Amazon for $15. Do you think these could work?

So have you been to Lost Lake? If so, what should we get?!
