We’ve been working all week for it and now it’s here. What do you have going on these next few days? I am headed to Madison to celebrate Mother’s Day with my family. We are actually going Morel mushroom hunting today! Weird right? I am an Oakie at heart kids. Born and raised in Oklahoma. If you have never heard of this, they are very hard to find, tasty mushrooms (not the psychedelic kind!) that only last a short while. You will find them in the grocery stores right about now. They go for $58/lb at Eataly! They are absolutely delicious.
