The most sentimental baby gift we received is is the refurbished chifforobe in Penelope’s nursery!
It was my mom’s when she was a baby and she saved it alllll these years. As a present for their first grandchild, my mom and dad hired MegMade spruce it up. It’s definitely the showstopper of the room and I can’t wait to pass it down to my kiddos. Talk about priceless.
My mom wanted to make sure I loved it, so she involved me in picking out the color and finish. I thought it would be fun to share some before and after photos. Not to mention, I’ve been a fan of MegMade for years. I interviewed MegMade a few years ago!

Things are going well over here but it’s already going by way too fast. I’m dying Penelope is two weeks old. Ugh! I just love her so much. But let me tell you, mom life is becoming REAL. Which I think is going to be quite the adjustment for me. Expect a lot of Penelope and motherhood content these next couple weeks. It’s what consumes my life right now but don’t worry! Home and entertaining content will continue per usual.
As for this week – I’ll be giving the full nursery tour and my new morning routine with “P”. Happy Monday guys!
