The 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is almost here! I know it’s probably not even on your radar, but since it’s hands down the best sale EVER, consider me your go to pro and reminder. Since I’ve followed it so closely over the years, I’ve learned all the tricks and I’m spilling them below. I also plan to keep you updated, share the hottest items and fill you in when things are re-stocked over the entire month of July and August. So check back regularly. Why Shop The 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
The Nordstrom Anniversary is VERY different from any other sale out there. That’s why people GO NUTS about it. You see, Nordstrom buyers work with vendors to get MAJOR discounts on NEW FALL products that aren’t even out yet. The sale is all next season merchandise and a lot of times they’re exclusive too. Nordstrom puts it all on sale for their Anniversary but then it goes FULL PRICE AFTER. Versus a normal clearance sale. So you can literally save hundreds of dollars and afford brands that you normally can’t. AND it’s all NEW SEASON stuff.
So in a nutshell. If there’s ONE sale you should pay attention to all year, it’s THIS one.

- Save a ton! Depending on what you get, you easily get 40% off most items. I especially LOVE stocking up on winter coats and denim {because those never go on sale!}.
- You can afford brands you normally can’t. For example Stuart Weitzman boots are always included! EEEEEEEK.
- You’ll look dynamite for Fall. There’s nothing like feeling prepared for that first chilly day. And when someone asks “where’d you get that?!” you’ll feel all warm in fuzzy knowing you bought it for a steal.
- The products get more EXPENSIVE AFTER the sale. So you’ve got to jump on it FAST.

You can shop the sale in stores AND online. But coming from experience, I suggest skipping the crowds and shop from the comfort of you own home over a glass of wine. Or if you live close to a Nordstrom, a little secret of mine is to BUY online and pick up in stores! They even have CURBSIDE DROP OFF. Genius.

So I’ve been closely monitoring the sale for YEARS now. And year after year, I see the SAME things go first. And guess what? It’s typically classics and closet staples!
SO BOOKMARK this list so you can bust it out when the sale goes live! Also, I always suggest going HOG WILD too because of Nordstrom’s insane return policy. AKA FREE shipping AND returns. This way you can try it on in person, you won’t run the risk of it selling out (happens ALL THE TIME) and it’s completely FREE to return. So why not right?

- Is everything on sale? No. The sale includes certain items, in limited batches. This is wonderful, so you’re not wearing the same thing as everyone else. The only caveat is, stuff goes FAST. That’s why it’s really important to put a reminder in your phone.
- Is Nordstrom Rack or Last Chance included? No.
- What if I’m unsure about an item? Just buy it. Nordstrom’s return policy is so fantastic, you’ve got nothing to lose.
- What if something sells out? Don’t fret yet! Here’s a secret. If something sells out during the Early Access Period, it WILL be re-stocked for the Public Access. I once heard they legally have to. And sure enough, they do every time! Also, since people buy everything {due to Nordstrom’s awesome return policy}, just keep checking. People make returns long after the sale is over.
