How was your weekend kids?
I FINALLY got to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum – thanks to a wedding we were invited to. Have you ever been? They have a butterfly sanctuary!
For the occasion, I rented this Yumi Kim floral maxi – by far my favorite dress I’ve EVER rented! I especially thought the butterflies would like it 😉 Aren’t the colors so bright and summery? It swishes and flows like a warm summer breeze.
One of the best parts about this maxi, I discovered purely by accident. After several hours of the ceremony and reception, my feet were killing me. The secret? Slip on pair of flip flops right before the dancing. With a longer hem, your feet remain hidden and no one will know! Comfortable and classy. My type of look 😉
